# Troubleshooting

### Terminal Wallet closes immediately after entering in my password

**Possible Causes & Solutions**

* Your wallet password was entered incorrectly. Please retry entering your password
* Poor connection. Check your internet connection status and restart Terminal Wallet.

### Screen flicker in Terminal Wallet window

#### Possible Causes & Solutions

* On the [Main Balance Screen](/terminal-wallet/first-time-setup/main-balance-screen.md), navigate to 'Disable Responsive Menu' in the bottom right and press Enter
